In this time of great concern for public health and limiting the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s extremely important to employ best practices for Social Distancing which is physically distancing ourselves 6 - 12 feet from each other whenever possible and limiting social interactions outside of the home. This may feel awkward and impolite, but it is necessary.
Social Distancing is the new respect, consideration and honesty about doing your part. It's about stopping the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and keeping us all safe. These are the new manners. Safety comes before traditional etiquette.
Here are some respectful, considerate and honest social distancing greetings and responses that will make things a little less awkward when dealing with others:

Simply defined, etiquette is a code of behavior. The rules not to practice "Social Distancing" is rude and dangerous. How we now behave and interact and what is deemed “polite” or “acceptable behavior" has changed during this time and so must we.
