Etiquette Training and Golf Instruction are a perfect pair to build character, confidence and teamwork in young people. 

This year's Summer Etiquette and Golf Camp will provide week long, day camps teaching etiquette and introductory golf skills a Chandler Park and Rouge Park Golf Courses.

 

 Young people, ages 7-19 will learn important leadership and social skills in beautiful surroundings through expose to a traditionally male-dominated sport of privilege.

The benefits of Summer Etiquette and Golf Camp:

  1. The opportunity to learn or reinforce traditional etiquette, manners and social graces while having a unique camp experience
  2. Development of an appreciation for the positive personal and social values associated with golf as another opportunity to transfer manners and courteous habits to their everyday lives
A Golf shirt (polo), golf hat and lunch is provided to each camper.

Golf lessons are conducted each day after lunch with a student ratio of 1:8

In the MORNING, Campers will learn the qualities golf celebrates-traditional etiquette and respect, adherence to rules and self-policing, sportsmanship and getting along with others, table manners and dining protocol along with golf history, theory and course etiquette.

In the AFTERNOON, campers will practice basic golf mechanics such as grip, stance and full swing techniques at the driving range and on the golf course.
